You can pick up your car as soon as you arrive at the airport (International & Domestic terminal pick-up area). To meet our representative staff, when passing the arrival exit gate (after immigration clearance), simply look for a holding sign showing your name. International terminal arrivals, see photo and map, Domestic terminal arrivals, see photo and map. When met our representative staff, they will immediately assist you to the car parking area to hand over your car process.

- We will track your arrival flight and deliver the car on time, even if the flight is delayed.

- When met our representative staff, they will immediately assist you to the car parking area to hand over your car process.

- Pertamax fuel for other cars (gasoline engine). Renter must ONLY fill-up fuel at any authorized fuel stations (PERTAMINA/SPBU).
